Most messages report something on the site not working as expected, or suggest a generator not yet built. A smaller number ask about a specific tool, most often the trademark notices on the Sith and Warhammer 40k-style pages.

Reports of a broken generator are read first, generally within a few days. A short description of what was expected against what actually happened is more useful than a general statement that a tool "does not work," since the generators run entirely in the browser and problems are often specific to one device or browser version.

Requests for new generators are kept on file and reviewed in batches rather than addressed one at a time as they arrive. A request naming a specific naming convention, game, or fictional setting is easier to act on than one asking simply for "more generators."
